1. Open Operations and confirm the report path, SKU config path, and sync schedule.
2. Enter SanMar SFTP settings in .env if SanMar pulls should run on the server.
3. Enable S&S in Operations and add the S&S account number, API key, optional warehouses, and request batch size.
4. Open Manage SKUs and add the SKUs to track.
5. Run Sync, then review the Stock Table and Missing Mappings list.

SanMar: the sync can download SanMarPDD/sanmar_dip.txt, parse only the selected styles, and total quantities by color, size, and warehouse.

S&S: the sync calls the S&S Products API for the identifiers you enter in ssSkus. Those identifiers can be S&S SKU, GTIN, SkuID, or YourSku values.

Both: a SKU marked as both is checked against both suppliers and shown with both source labels on the Stock Table.

Each tracked product can store the SKU you use internally plus the supplier identifiers needed to find it.

• sku is your internal SKU.
• style is the SanMar style or SKU.
• ssSkus is one or more S&S identifiers.
• source is sanmar, ss, or both.

The Missing Mappings card shows tracked supplier mappings that were not found in the latest report. Fill the sheet rows with the internal SKU plus the matching SanMar or S&S identifiers, then save one row or save all rows at once.

The Stock Table is the main readout. It shows one row per tracked SKU, total supplier quantity, buffered available quantity, primary warehouse totals, secondary warehouse details, issue status, and source labels.

The Alert icon shows a red flag for open alert work, an eye for viewed alerts, and a green check when the row has been viewed and back-in-stock notifications are set.

Open a SKU row to see the color and size variants. From there, operators can ignore a color or add a back-in-stock watch.

Alerts are controlled from Operations. You can turn Slack and email on or off, choose recipients, choose issue types, and decide whether alerts send on every sync or only when status changes.

Open Notifications to review recent alerts, mark them handled, reopen them, or clear visible open items after they have been reviewed.

Use Send Test Alert before waiting for a real issue. That checks the current Slack webhook and email settings immediately.

1. Add or import SKUs in Manage SKUs.
2. Run Sync from the Stock Table or Operations.
3. Review missing mappings and fix any supplier identifiers.
4. Check low, out, discontinued, and warehouse issue rows.
5. Leave scheduled sync on when the setup is stable.
